Astarea Rae

Astarea Rae formed Enlightenment Life Coaching in the year 2008 and since then has been establishing herself and making her presence known within Christchurch and Wellington. Astarea holds a Diploma in Holistic Life Coaching, completing her training through Life Coach Associates. Alongside her Life Coaching, Astarea is a certified spiritual counsellor and healer and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice and to her clients.

It is Astarea's vision to enlighten, inspire and create momentum within the lives of others. She strongly believes in living an authentic and enriching life. As a Life Coach, she leads by example. She is passionate and has showed commitment and dedication to healing her own life and shows that same commitment to healing and enriching the lives of others.

Astarea offers hope, inspiration and healing within every session. She will hold your vision and believe in you and in your dream. She will motivate you to find your desire, your passion and inspire you to take action within your life. And if at anytime you lose sight of your vision and your dream, she will be there, walking alongside you, reminding you of your passion and who you are.
