Personal Background

My ongoing personal and spiritual development has been very important to me. This includes a spiritual transformation course facilitated by Clem McGrath. I also completed a 3-year training with Robin Woodsford as a professional rebirther.

I am a single mother with 2 children and I have an interest in numerology, spirituality and nutrition. I bring to Life Coach Associates a wealth of knowledge and wisdom including 23 years of work experience as a Physiotherapist within the health and education system both in hospitals and the community. I enjoy working alongside people at all different levels.
